Jeff founded Better Days Technology in 2003 as a part time job. For Jeff, it was never about the extra money – it was always about the exposure to different technology setups. Being able to have multiple clients at a young age allowed him to hone his skills on different platforms, and focus on what he was truly passionate about. Jeff has an extensive construction background, and was always on the pursuit to blend his two passions – swinging a hammer and punching a keyboard. Branching out full time with Better Days Technology allowed him to do just this.

Driven by a passion for collaborative problem solving, Marlon’s transition from a solo act in education technology to the richly diverse team of problem solvers at Better Days Technology has been a seamless and natural “next step”. He brings his hallmark people-first approach from the education space to identifying, understanding, and addressing institutional challenges and opportunities across industries.
